Bell's Story

Bells came to Shallow Ridge Exotics during a time when her previous owner was no longer able to continue providing the care she needed. When she arrived, it was clear that Bells needed a little extra help and time to begin feeling her best again.

During her initial care, Bells was found to be dealing with a respiratory infection as well as parasites. She began treatment and has been receiving the attention, proper care, nutrition, and monitoring she needs as she continues on her journey toward better health.

Bells has already shown us just how special she is. Like every animal who comes through our gates, she is treated with patience, kindness, and respect while we learn her personality, her needs, and what makes her feel most comfortable.

At Shallow Ridge Exotics, our goal is to give Bells a safe place where she can heal, settle in, and simply be herself. Her care is not rushed. We believe every animal deserves the time they need and the chance to move forward at their own pace.

Sponsoring Bells helps provide the everyday necessities that make her care possible, including proper nutrition, housing, veterinary care, medications when needed, enrichment, and continued improvements to her habitat.

Thank you for taking the time to learn about Bells and for being part of her journey. Every act of kindness helps us continue caring for animals like her, one life at a time.
